Stratford Festival Lecture: The World Turned Upside Down: Love, Madness and Misrule in Twelfth Night

The Michigan Members of the Stratford Festival invite you to  join them for their 2017 Shakespeare Lecture Series:

The World Turned Upside Down: Love, Madness and Misrule in Twelfth Night

Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.

Registration is required and open to everyone.  Registration begins April 1.  

Is there a dark heart lodged inside the frivolous fancy of Twelfth Night?   Join Gillian Eaton, actor/director and professor at the University of Michigan, and Mya Lixian Gosling, creator of Good Tickle Brain, the world’s only stick-figure Shakespeare webcomic, as they lead  us on an interactive exploration of Twelfth Night,  Shakespeare’s tale of shipwrecked twins and misdirected desire.

Twelfth Night will be performed at the Stratford Festival in Stratford, Ontario, Canada from May 13-October 21.
