If Woodward Avenue Could Talk

Block Read More:
Yes

Cruise on over to the Library for a look through your windshield as well as your rearview mirror at the real Woodward Avenue.  It started out as a simple but well travelled trail used by Native Americans and early trappers to get between Detroit and Saginaw.  Join Deborah Schutt, All American Road Program Manager of the Woodward Avenue Action Association as she guides us along Woodward Avenue from Detroit to Pontiac.  This Bloomfield Historical Society Local History/Local Resources program will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 3:00 - 5:00p.m.   Everyone is welcome - no registration is required.
