OverDrive Read is a new way of viewing eBooks that only requires a browser, either on a computer or mobile device. No special software or Adobe ID needed. 

OverDrive Read doesn't replace your option to download eBooks through the iOS or Android apps or your computer.  It's just an additional method. 

System Requirements:  

To use OverDrive Read, your browser must support HTML5 and CSS3.  This excludes black & white Kindles, all Nooks and the original Kindle Fire.    These readers continue to download eBooks as usual.
