SERVICES TO PERSONS UNABLE TO VISIT
THE LIBRARY DUE TO DISABILITIES
- Books for persons restricted to home indefinitely or temporarily, are available by calling the Adult Services staff at 248-642-5800. (Offered in cooperation with Baldwin Public Library).
- Collections of books for persons confined to nursing homes or in assisted living facilities are delivered by volunteers of the Bloomfield Township Public Library. Call the BTPL Adult Services staff at 248-642-5800.
- Thousands of cassette books on tape and descriptive videos (videos with audio captions which describe the action of the movie) are available from the Oakland County Library for the Visually and Physically Impaired . Forms for this free program are available at the Adult Services desk.
