The Digital Bookmobile, a 74-foot, 18-wheel tractor-trailer, will showcase Bloomfield Township Public Library’s free eBook and audiobook download service.
This is not your father’s bookmobile: It’s a 21st century bookmobile that will show you that your library is never farther away than your smartphone, iPad or eBook reader.
At this free event, readers all ages will learn how to download eBooks and audiobooks from the library through interactive demonstrations and high-definition instructional videos.
A gadget gallery—featuring Kindle®, iPod®, Android™devices , NOOK™, and more—will let visitors test drive portable devices that are compatible with the library’s download service.
