As a resident of Bloomfield Township, your library card is your key to the Bloomfield Township Public Library's services and collections. It provides you with borrowing privileges, access to your library account and more!
With your library card, you can: browse the catalog - request books and movies to borrow - look at your library account - download audiobooks and ebooks - borrow from another library - reserve a meeting room - register for a program - search a database - renew your library items - share a suggestion - add money and make copies on Library copiers - and so much more! It's the smartest card you'll have in your wallet!
You may access your Library account in one of three ways - by presenting your library card at the Circulation desk, by calling the Circulation department with your library card number or online by clicking here. [1]
Lost your library card? If you are a Bloomfield Township resident or employee and your library card has been lost or stolen, please come into the library as soon as possible with a valid photo ID so that a new library card can be issued to you. The cost to replace a wallet card is $10 and the cost to replace a keytag card is $3. Alternatively, please call the library and provide your library card number so that we may immediately block your account. We may also be able to look up your account using your driver's license number. Patrons are responsible for all material checked out on their account prior to obtaining a new card or having the account blocked. Residents of others communities, please return to your home library and obtain a new library card in order to register the card at Bloomfield Township Public Library.
