Inclusive for ages 6-12

Readers and scientists ages 7-9, alone with a favorite adult, are invited to join us for a book discussion with a scientific twist on Thursday, June 20 at 1:00 p.m.  Read and discuss Horrible Harry Bugs the Three Bears by Suzy Kline and then conduct our own scientific experiments.  Registration begins May 23.

Young actors of all abilities, ages 6-12 years, are invited to learn the basics of the theatre and participate in theatre games/activities on Tuesday, June 18, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Kids will learn to sing, dance, and act through interactive music and movement therapy techniques and participate in a performance at the end. This workshop is inclusive of children with special needs.

Join us on the Youth Terrace for stories, songs, and more.  Tales will be held in the Story Room if it is too hot, too cold, to rainy, or just not right!  For children and families of all ages, no registration required.

Ages 7-12 are welcome to discuss Felicity Learns a Lesson by Valerie Tripp.  Registration begins March 21.

Live theater, puppet shows, authors, illustrators, movies - every night is different!  Join us for family fun once a month.  We provide the show, and you bring any snacks you'd like.  Come in your PJs too!  Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.  All ages are welcome and registration is not required.
