Battle of the Books is a reading competition for 5th & 6th graders enrolled in Bloomfield Hills School District. Each team consists of three to eight 5th & 6th graders. Teams read six books chosen by teachers & librarians and answer questions about each of the six books. This is a general overview of Battle of the Books.
Any Bloomfield Hills student in 5th or 6th grade who is interested in participating in Battle of the Books should fill out this Google form. You do NOT need a team yet. This gives us your contact information so we can let you and your parent/guardian know about deadlines and events for the Battle.
Please fill out this form once you have formed your team of 3-8 students, have team mentor, and a team name. Please keep in mind that each student on the team needs to fill out the Individual Registration too. Please email ballardp@btpl.org if you need to make a change in your team members or mentor after filling out the form. Thank you!
