On Demand Video: Virtual Read-Aloud with Emily

January 18 @ 9:00 am

William Wordsworth (1770 – 1850) was an English poet who championed the rise of the Romantic Movement in Europe. He is best known for the publication Lyrical Ballads, a collection of poetry written in collaboration with fellow poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge. “Goody Blake and Harry Gill” is one of many poems written for that collection, which features a host of country characters populating pastoral landscapes.
