Sometimes you just need an imaginary friend, who seems to show up just when you need him. Jackson is not a believer in imaginary things, even after he first noticed the big cat walking on two legs while his family was living in their van when he was 7. Three years later, his family is living a more stable life until his parents start selling their things to pay for the bills that are piling up. His parents are not letting him in on the reality of the situation, causing even more frustration for Jackson who just wants to know the truth. He and his sister fear being homeless again, just as an old friend makes a reappearance.
