This tax season, the library has received these forms and instructions:
- MI-1040 individual income tax forms and instructions booklet
- Federal 1040 (and 1040-SR) instructions booklet
- Federal 1040 form
- Federal 1040-SR form
Other forms and instructions may be printed upon request. Please ask at the Adult and Teen Services desk.
To arrange curbside pickup of tax forms, call 248-642-5800 ext. 171 or email askadult@btpl.org with your name, the exact forms and/or instructions you need, how many of each you want, and when you plan to pick them up.

AARP Tax-Aide at the Library
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide will be held at the Library on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Register by calling the West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation department at (248) 451-1900.
AARP Tax-Aide volunteers are IRS-certified to provide free tax assistance for low- and moderate-income taxpayers, with special attention given to those 60 and older. Federal, state, and local returns will be prepared. Please bring your photo ID/s, Social Security card/s, last year’s tax returns, and all relevant financial documents.
