Adult - What's New | Published July 30, 2025

A book is a natural launching point for great conversation. Hear other readers’ opinions and perspectives; share your own insights. Plus, it’s good for your noggin! An April 3, 2025, article in the NYT (“10 Small Things Neurologists Wish You’d Do for Your Brain”) rounded up neurologist-recommended tips to keep your brain healthy as you age. Among them? Join a book club! A new season of book clubs begins in September. Registration opens August 1.

Click on the linked club names, below, to view all current selections and sign up, starting August 1.

By registering, Bloomfield Township residents automatically reserve a copy of each month’s book to pick up at the Adult & Teen Services desk. Nonresidents are welcome to register but must source a copy of each book elsewhere.
