All of our digital download and streaming services offer content for all ages, but Comics Plus, hoopla, Kanopy, myfilmfriend, and Libby also offer parental or content controls:
- Comics Plus: Select the Children’s Library or Teen Library when logging in to Comics Plus to limit the viewable content. You can also read about the Comics Plus Age-Appropriate Guidelines.
- hoopla Digital: Enter hoopla Kids Mode to only show kid-appropriate content for 12 and under in your browse and search results.
- Kanopy: Use Kanopy Kids and Kanopy’s parental controls to only browse and view content suitable for ages 2–8.
- Libby: Pin filters in Libby to limit search results and content to juvenile or young adult.
- myfilmfriend: You can set an age rating and code for your myfilmfriend account. All movies have age ratings and movies with an age rating above this chosen age can then only be played when the code is entered. You can find the Age Rating setting in your profile account.
