PIN Help

As a layer of security, all library cardholders must create their own PIN (Personal Identification Number). A PIN is required to use many of the Library’s digital resources such as Libby and hoopla, as well as some databases. Self-checkout stations in the library also require a PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, you may reset it.

To reset your PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Account” at the top of this page.
  2. On the landing page, select “Forgot Your PIN?” at the bottom
  3. Enter your library card number, then follow the prompts to set and confirm your PIN. (If your chosen PIN is not secure enough, you may be asked to choose a stronger PIN.)
