As a layer of security, all library cardholders must create their own PIN (Personal Identification Number). A PIN is required to use many of the Library’s digital resources such as Libby and hoopla, as well as some databases. Self-checkout stations in the library also require a PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, you may reset it.
To reset your PIN, follow these steps:
- Select “Account” at the top of this page.
- On the landing page, select “Forgot Your PIN?” at the bottom
- Enter your library card number, then follow the prompts to set and confirm your PIN. (If your chosen PIN is not secure enough, you may be asked to choose a stronger PIN.)
