Bloomfield Township Public Library invites the community to join us after hours Friday, September 27 at 7:00 p.m. for an evening of acapella vocal jazz performed by The Grunyons, a male vocal ensemble based in southeast Michigan and originally formed by Yale alumni in 1949. Incorporating rhythm patterns, melodic variations, and harmonic treatments reflecting techniques used by musicians in the early 20th century along with close harmony, the Grunyons perform an extensive repertoire and feature an enthusiastic love of singing.
