BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP PUBLIC LIBRARY WELCOMES THE DETROIT INSTITUTE OF ARTS “BEHIND THE SEEN: THROUGH HER EYES, WOMEN PHOTOGRAPHERS”

Bloomfield Township Public Library is pleased to welcome the Detroit Institute of Arts with award-winning teaching volunteer David Galli as he presents “Behind the Seen: Through Her Eyes, Women Photographers of the 19th and 20th Centuries” on Tuesday, March 18, at 7 p.m.

This presentation explores the impact of art photography by leading women artists of the 19th and 20th centuries, highlighting a selection of treasured works in the Detroit Institute of Arts. The Behind the Seen series brings insight and engagement about the DIA’s collection from the museum to community-accessible locations throughout metro Detroit.
