The March 5th Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting was a success! It was a pleasure to meet all who participated – your thoughts and ideas have a direct impact in influencing the type of books, programs and events the library provides for all teens in our community. We discussed new books to purchase for the library, talked about the possibility of doing a teen book club, and brainstormed ideas for possible future teen programs, including possible events like escape rooms, trivia nights, Cosplay and glow-in-the dark TAG after hour’s happenings.
If you missed TAB this month, we would love to see you next time! ***Stay tuned for details! In the meantime, we are planning our ‘Summer at the Library’ and Fall events very soon, so keep your eye out for the library’s Discover Newsletter, or, check our website for new and upcoming teen programs and events.
If you want to see what’s new, you can always view the newest additions to the teen book collection at the Library on our website: https://btpl.org/teen/whats-new/
