BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP PUBLIC LIBRARY WELCOMES THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION EXPERIENCE

January 7, 2026

Bloomfield Township Public Library is pleased to welcome The American Revolution Experience Sunday, January 25 through Friday, January 30. This traveling exhibit is a collaborative project of the American Battlefield Trust and the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), presented locally by the Piety Hill Chapter, NSDAR of Birmingham, Michigan.

The innovative pop-up exhibition features display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology, unique artifacts, and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation.

“Hosting The American Revolution Experience reflects the Library’s commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement,” said Library Director Tera Moon. “This exhibit brings history to life by connecting visitors with the people and events that shaped our nation’s founding. We are grateful to the Piety Hill Chapter for bringing this exhibit to our community.”

An opening reception will be held on Sunday, January 25, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. All ages are welcome to join the Library for refreshments and activities.

The self-guided exhibit will be open during regular Library hours in the Community Room. No registration is required.
