See what's new from the Youth Department at the Bloomfield Township Public Library.

Step right up and join the Baby Parade! We will provide time, materials, and ideas for decorating your wagon or stroller, followed by a parade around the library with your little one(s) riding your “float”. The fun begins Saturday, April 19 at 10:30 AM for children ages 0-3 with an adult. Registration is open!

Sign up for our subscription book service for grades 3-8! When you sign up, you will receive one highly recommended book based on your favorite topics and/or genres and…. some special gifts to keep! You are signing up for 3 months, but you are welcome to register again and again based on availability. Keep the gifts but return the book and box when you are finished….

Our popular drop-in, unstructured play time for children of all abilities and their caregivers, is back on Fridays, 10 a.m. – Noon, through May 30. Caregivers and little ones of all ages can interact with toys and books that support each child’s learning and development.

We are getting ready to welcome local Kindergarten classes for our annual Kindergarten Readers’ Roundup March 3 – 21! Weekly story times will resume the week of April 1.
